Born and raised in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Bill Ager graduated from the University of Michigan and then served in the U.S. Army. He graduated from the Defense Language Institute and worked at the Army's Freedom of Information Center in Washington D.C. He later graduated from Detroit College of Law, now known as Michigan State University College of Law, and began working at a respected law firm which specialized in civil litigation and trial work. A short time later, Bill was made partner and continued to handle a variety of court cases at both the trial and appellate level, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. Bill's areas of practice included commercial and business litigation, personal injury, wrongful death, product liability, employment law, labor negotiations and real estate. He also participated as a hearing officer for alternative dispute resolution forums and mediation hearings.

Since starting his own law practice in 2002, Bill has continued to provide top quality litigation and trial work for clients, along with real estate, probate and estate planning services. Bill is also a Licensed Real Estate Associate Broker and has received a Certification for Probate and Estate Planning from the State Bar of Michigan and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
